Bayesband provides consultation and contract-based implementation of digital wireless communication systems with a focus at baseband, as well as general DSP algorithms development. We do rigorous block level analysis along with floating and fixed-point simulations -- typically in MATLAB®, C++, and/or Python -- of prescribed or custom waveforms along with, upon request, SystemVerilog and/or GNU Radio implementation. We also work closely with your FPGA developers to provide test vectors for bit-exact implementation against the aformentioned fixed-point sim outputs.
Analysis (i.e. trade study against spectral containment, link budgeting, power vs. data-rate constraints, bit-error rate (BER) performance, and ease of implementation), design, and floating and fixed-point version implementation of appropriate custom and prescribed waveforms, including:
- QAM, QPSK, APSK, GMSK
- OFDM
- Continuous-Phase and Other Spectrally Efficient Modulation Schemes
- Spread Spectrum
- (SC-)OFDM
- C/F/TDMA
- Digital Beamforming
- LDPC
- Convolutional and Turbo Codes
- Radionavigation
- GPS/GNSS
- SystemVerilog
